There were some huge performances in the TSSAA football state championships and at TSSAA basketball games last week.

Kaedyn Marable, BGA: Marable was 24-of-31 passing for 384 yards and four touchdowns, plus 61 yards rushing and three TDs in BGA’s 61-27 win over FRA in the Division II-AA state championship.
Larry Sanders II, Brentwood Academy: Sanders rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns on 29 carries in BA’s 28-24 loss to Baylor in the DII-AAA state championship.

Brody Sanders, Davidson Academy: Sanders scored 26 points with five 3-pointers in a 64-59 win over Merrol Hyde.

Michael Fisch, Father Ryan: Fisch had 29 points in a 62-58 win over Hillsboro.
Nash Stark, Lipscomb Academy: Stark had 26 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double.
Jared Curtis, Nashville Christian: Curtis was 14-of-19 passing for 205 yards and five touchdowns, plus 78 yards rushing on four carries and a TD in Nashville Christian’s 59-7 win over USJ in the DII-A state championship.
Craig Tutt, Oakland: Tutt tied a TSSAA football state championship game record with seven touchdowns in a 62-21 win over Ravenwood in the Class 6A final. He finished with 226 yards rushing on 32 carries.
Cohen Grissom, Page: Grissom recorded 14 tackles, two sacks, 3.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups in Page’s 21-14 win over Sevier County in the Class 5A state championship.

Karmelo League, Pearl-Cohn: League had nine tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss, one sack and a forced fumble in Pearl-Cohn’s 47-27 loss to Alcoa in the Class 4A state championship.
Avery Coles, White House Heritage: Coles scored 31 points in a 64-60 win over Jo Byrns.
